Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license issued by the state of California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong capabilities in assessing client needs and formulating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
