Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks to gauge client status effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to individual client circumstances, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops that empower clients with tools and strategies for coping, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your culturally responsive approach will help in understanding the unique backgrounds and needs of each client, ensuring that therapy is effective and personalized.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar counseling role, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.

• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans, alongside familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
