Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of clients, utilizing your clinical expertise to inform treatment planning.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting interventions as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each individual.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring continuity of care for clients transitioning out of treatment.

• Engage with patients' families, significant others, and other stakeholders to foster a holistic approach to mental health care that enhances recovery outcomes.

• Provide appropriate referrals to community services, treatment programs, and support groups to complement therapy and improve client well-being.

• Educate and communicate effectively with healthcare providers, family members, and external agencies to ensure seamless coordination of services.

• Perform crisis intervention as needed, offering timely support to clients in distress and developing safety plans to mitigate risks.

• Advocate for clients' needs during the treatment process and facilitate access to necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of California.
