Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional states of clients, utilizing established assessment tools and techniques.

• Craft and apply individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique goals, preferences, and challenges, ensuring that interventions are tailored for optimum effectiveness.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate tools to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Monitor clients' progress by maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to evolving client needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing effective de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards in regard to client records and interactions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying abreast of the latest research, methods, and best practices in the mental health field and participating in supervision and training.

Qualifications\n
