Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, desires, and challenges to form actionable treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling services to individuals and families, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to reach them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including medical and psychological histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying advanced knowledge of mental health conditions, substance abuse, trauma care, and domestic violence.

• Provide educational resources and supportive guidance to clients, fostering a deeper understanding of psychosocial stressors and their impact on health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or an equivalent field is required.

• Licensing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to a varied population, demonstrating effective treatment methodologies and empathy for client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
