Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing a flexible environment where you can deliver therapeutic services while maintaining work-life balance. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for some schedule flexibility to best accommodate the needs of your clients. As a member of our virtual team, you will utilize various technology platforms to provide timely mental health services and connect with clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, ensuring you understand each client's unique circumstances and treatment needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client backgrounds, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in exploring their mental health challenges, enhancing resilience, and promoting their overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive care approach for all clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, fostering a supportive environment to navigate acute psychological distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to actively participate in their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to implement evidence-based treatment approaches with cultural sensitivity.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly designed to meet the needs of diverse and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
