Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans that address client goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers, to design comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support, applying effective strategies to de-escalate potentially harmful situations and guide clients to necessary resources.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to reflect on practice and incorporate feedback into clinical work for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within an outpatient environment.

• Proven ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
