Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families by utilizing an array of approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive coordinated, holistic care that optimally addresses their mental health and social needs.

• Offering crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, applying your skills to de-escalate situations while ensuring safety and well-being.

• Participating in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and independent license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
