Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health issues, enhancing resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure collaborative and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your training to facilitate stabilization and safety.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
