Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate seamlessly with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive and holistic treatment plans for our young patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to children and adolescents during mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and essential community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, safeguarding the privacy of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or an equivalent field is required.

• Valid state licensure as LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT; applicants with associate licensure cannot be accepted at this time, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic methodologies.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy to young clients, emphasized by a warm and empathetic approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications, ensuring smooth documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, especially in the realm of behavioral modification and family dynamics.
