Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying individual needs and treatment requirements.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the developmental stages of your young clients and the dynamics of their families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that equip parents and guardians with skills to foster a nurturing home environment.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other professionals within the clinic to create integrated care approaches that assure holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

• Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing child and adolescent mental health issues, and a strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

• Experience in providing therapy to young populations, with a track record of successful therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Vitality Therapy Centre offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we proudly provide a sign-on bonus upon joining our dynamic team.
