In this position, you will work remotely, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred location. Our operational hours extend from Monday to Saturday, and we offer you the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule within this timeframe. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, employing evidence-based clinical interventions to tailor treatment plans based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams by documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and participating in patient rounds to formulate cohesive care plans.

• Provide case management services to an assigned caseload, ensuring that each patient receives both therapeutic support and necessary community resources.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment that addresses mental health challenges and promotes patient engagement.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation as per departmental standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continue enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on providing therapy to patients ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding and recognizing the cultural and socioeconomic diversities of our community, you will deliver personalized care aimed at improving patient outcomes and fostering a sense of security within the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess current licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Commitment to working up to 40 hours per week, providing consistent and reliable care to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
