Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, meticulously identifying mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other practices that align with client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other integral team members to provide coordinated, holistic care ensuring that clients receive the most effective and comprehensive support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and specialized support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability while employing your expertise with compassion.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that raise awareness about mental health issues, helping to destigmatize seeking help and promote overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to work effectively with a variety of individuals, taking into account their unique backgrounds and perspectives.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of record-keeping and reporting.
