Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences will enable you to provide not only therapy but also understanding and hope, guiding them toward recovery and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically CBT and DBT, with demonstrable success in their application.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
