Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying key issues that require attention.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adapting treatment approaches based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
