Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and customize their treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate recovery and resilience.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is centered around clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, making it essential for the therapist to have a deep understanding of trauma-related disorders. You will work directly with individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, aiding them on their journey toward healing. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and practices, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
