Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history, emotional needs, and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring they are continuously updated based on patient progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), designed to foster healing and growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and enhance emotional resilience.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on patients who have experienced various forms of trauma, ranging from immediate cognitive and emotional responses to chronic trauma-related disorders. You will work closely with an array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring tailored therapeutic responses that cater to diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for those focused on trauma-related modalities.
