Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to gather comprehensive insights into patients’ histories, identifying their specific needs and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help individuals process trauma and rebuild coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing severe trauma, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
