Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate patients’ trauma histories, ensuring each evaluation informs a customized treatment plan.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Offer individual and group therapy sessions that assist patients in processing their trauma, acquiring coping mechanisms, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach for integrated patient care, reflecting a holistic understanding of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and methodologies as well as proficiency in a variety of trauma-informed treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
