Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements while remaining committed to our patients’ needs. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, this schedule may require some adjustments based on patient availability and need. We utilize a supportive technological framework, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, to streamline processes and enhance communication across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and current mental health statuses, formulating targeted treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, integrating strategies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping mechanisms, and promote healing and resilience.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to care, sharing critical insights and resources among professionals.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients in distress or during emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, recovery processes, and coping strategies available for sustained mental health.
\n
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation is maintained in accordance with legal and ethical standards, reflecting each patient's progress and treatment details.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participating in case consultations and staying informed about the latest advancements in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals suffering from trauma-related disorders, including PTSD, providing therapy in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to help them navigate their unique experiences and challenges. Your expertise in trauma-focused therapies will empower clients to reclaim their narratives and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred in a mental health setting, specifically with trauma-focused interventions.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and an understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and an ability to adapt to various technology platforms.

• A collaborative mindset and the capability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly valued. Furthermore, familiarity with specialized approaches for diverse populations and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress environments will significantly contribute to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
