Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while meeting the diverse needs of our patients. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and schedules. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will deliver therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, maintaining a professional and confidential environment that promotes patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s history, and collaboratively identify appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing coping strategies rooted in resilience.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma, share experiences, and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, providing essential support and stabilizing techniques.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
