Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the patient's history and mental health needs, using these insights to guide your treatment approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to maximize patient outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a community of support and connection among patients.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals in the organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to clients and their families.

• Offer education and guidance to patients and family members about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, employing cutting-edge electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights on best practices.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to continually enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journey, helping patients to process traumatic experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is required.
\n
• Proven experience with trauma-informed treatment modalities and a thorough understanding of trauma-related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
