Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your own home while leveraging advanced technology to connect with clients. While your schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on the needs of your patients. You will have access to a comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) system, facilitating seamless documentation and communication with team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma history, identifying their specific mental health needs and establishing appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans designed to promote trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support patients in their healing journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process and articulate their trauma while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of patients' mental health needs are holistically addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms while sharing information on community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to promote a collaborative work environment focused on trauma-informed care techniques and treatment innovations.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to continually enhance professional expertise and patient outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced trauma, encompassing a diverse client base including adults and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-building strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
