Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering high-quality mental health services. You will work collaboratively within a tight-knit team of professionals who are committed to integrating care and supporting one another. While the core hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs, creating a dynamic and responsive work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories, needs, and preferred treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a strong emphasis on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and adaptive coping strategies.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting healing and encouraging positive outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring the holistic well-being of patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, assisting patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient encounters in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices related to trauma therapy to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals affected by trauma, including but not limited to those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our patient population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. Your role will involve promoting healing through tailored therapeutic methods that respect and understand each patient's unique journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and exhibit compassion toward clients.

• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications.

• A commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapies.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly those dealing with complex trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n
