This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and needs, guiding the treatment process.

• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery that aligns with current evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating an open space for patients to process their trauma and develop coping skills.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in times of trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your expertise and compassionate approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health therapy, particularly in trauma-informed settings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude during interactions with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
