Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to outline each patient’s trauma history, thereby informing effective treatment pathways.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver high-quality care.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and promote paths to healing.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• Holding a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possessing a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating your clinical competence and commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
