This position allows for remote work flexibility, providing you the opportunity to engage with patients from the comfort of your own home while still enjoying a supportive team dynamic. Our work schedule generally operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient scheduling and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual and family needs, ensuring the creation of personalized, actionable treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective treatment to patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
