Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare providers, ensuring a cohesive care experience.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Crisis Intervention strategies to address diverse mental health issues.

• Document treatment progress, assessments, and clinical notes meticulously in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate workshops and educational outreach to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help within the community.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance professional development and clinical proficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be expected to create a safe and judgment-free space for clients to express themselves and work towards meaningful solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.

• A minimum of two years of proven professional experience in a clinical setting demonstrating your ability to successfully support clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Compensation and Benefits\n
