Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans for individuals navigating mental health issues.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the clients' needs.

• Document clinical notes and maintain all patient records to comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in your practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure well-rounded patient care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review discussions aimed at enhancing practice and staying updated with industry standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice in New York as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Demonstrable expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy methods is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, potential bonuses are available.
