Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to identify their specific mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address trauma and emotional distress.

• Engage in active listening during patient consultations to fully understand their concerns, symptoms, and progress.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders using evidence-based practices while adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in the field.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including therapy techniques and coping strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure they are achieving their mental health goals.

• Educate and empower patients and their families on trauma recovery methods and coping mechanisms to foster resilience.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to connect patients with additional support services as needed.

• Stay current in the field by completing continuing education courses and maintaining National Certified Counselor certification.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
