This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home in any location within the USA. We equip our therapists with the tools necessary for effective virtual interactions, including secure telehealth platforms and comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations that thoroughly capture clients’ mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans to promote their healing journey.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions to clients utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adjusting your approach according to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, enabling clients to access services conveniently, whether they prefer virtual interactions or face challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that all client records are updated and stored securely.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through team training sessions that focus on emerging trends and evidence-based practices, enriching your clinical acumen.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work compassionately to build therapeutic relationships, creating a safe space for clients to express vulnerabilities and seek guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth interventions, specifically for adolescents and young adults.

• A willingness to engage in comprehensive training on our specific evidence-based care pathways to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and EHR systems, complementing your clinical practice.
