Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with patients via telehealth. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet adaptable approach to your professional role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct initial evaluations of patients' mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions to help patients articulate their experiences, identify mental health concerns, and work through feelings of trauma.

• Design and implement coping strategies that equip patients with tools to handle stress and emotional distress.

• Educate both staff and patients on effective stress management techniques and trauma-informed care practices.

• Monitor patients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and responsiveness to each individual's evolving needs.

• Coordinate with external social and medical agencies, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to enhance the support network available to your patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education courses that maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and ensure you are up to date with the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who have experienced trauma, whether it be from personal, social, or situational circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
