This is a full-time remote position, which allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and tailoring individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Engaging with clients through telehealth sessions to actively listen to their concerns, diagnose mental health conditions, and implement evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Developing and monitoring effective coping strategies and providing clients with the tools required to achieve their personal goals.
\n
• Educating both clients and staff on trauma-informed care practices as well as stress and trauma coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaboration with healthcare providers and other community organizations to ensure clients have access to additional resources and support.
\n
• Reviewing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on continuous assessment of client progress.
\n
• Completing all required documentation and adhering to organizational policies regarding confidentiality and patient care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with trauma patients in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience using Salesforce and EMR systems is highly preferred, as familiarity with these tools will enhance your ability to manage treatment records and improve patient communication. Additionally, a background in community outreach or working in multi-disciplinary teams would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
