Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to create individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with client goals and therapeutic best practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health strategies and coping mechanisms tailored to their specific challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team that includes physicians, social workers, and psychiatric staff to ensure holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and documenting progress in accordance with professional and legal standards.

• Participate in continuous training and education to stay updated on new therapies, regulations, and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns. You will work with diverse groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted New York State license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth systems and digital documentation tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting, providing direct counseling or therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
