Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winter Therapy, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to the specific goals and requirements of each client.
\n
• Facilitating ongoing therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities.

• Providing psychoeducation and support resources to clients and their families to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Collaborating closely with a dedicated team of mental health professionals—including psychologists, social workers, and other licensed counselors—to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Staying current with the latest advancements in mental health, including changes in legislation, treatment modalities, and best practices, to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your approach will be person-centered, taking into account each client's background, strengths, and challenges to facilitate a supportive and effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
