Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs, helping to develop their skills and clinical judgment.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients, including referrals for additional services as needed.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress.

• Maintain precise and compliant documentation in electronic health records, ensuring adherence to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and emerging therapies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse population of clients seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license in mental health counseling, such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating competence in therapy modalities and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
