Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, effectively tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a varied clientele encompassing all age groups, from children to seniors. Our clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Emphasizing an individualized approach, you will utilize your therapeutic skills to empower clients as they work towards their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current, active licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating competence in providing therapeutic interventions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed professional evaluations, decisions, and treatment recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
