Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Provide personalized individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote clients’ personal growth.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and track progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate various access needs, ensuring that all clients can receive the support they need.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in telehealth settings is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. A background in trauma-informed care or specialized treatment methods will be beneficial for serving clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
