Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that allows you flexibility while working within an engaged and supportive team. Our work schedule is primarily set for Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some necessity for flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You'll leverage digital tools to engage with clients, maintain electronic health records, and coordinate care with colleagues from the comfort of your home or preferred setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, identifying their mental health needs using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, leveraging therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address specific mental health concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular treatment team consultations, fostering collaboration and communication to enhance the quality of care provided to all clients.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and external resources to support their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
