Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly assess progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver care to clients who prefer virtual sessions, including those facing accessibility challenges, by maintaining a flexible approach to service delivery.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in professional development, seeking opportunities for continued education and skills enhancement to stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse populations, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Clients may include individuals seeking support during challenging life transitions, those dealing with chronic stress, or families navigating relationship issues. Your ability to foster rapport and trust will be key in facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Massachusetts as a mental health professional, such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and inviting therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients’ diverse experiences, maintaining a non-judgmental perspective.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage your caseload and ensure timely administrative tasks are completed.
