Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments during telehealth sessions to understand each patient's unique background and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapted to meet the individual preferences of clients, while respecting their cultural contexts.

• Provide therapy in various formats—individual, family, and group sessions—aimed at addressing an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure prompt and holistic patient care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, acting as a first responder in remote contexts.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment strategies, and relevant community resources to empower them in their mental health journey.
