Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans by collaborating closely with clients to ensure their goals are met.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches that enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring clients feel connected and supported from the comfort of their own homes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a part of our community health clinic, you will serve a diverse population of adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
