Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while meeting the needs of your patients. You will engage with clients via our telehealth platform, equipped with advanced technology to facilitate effective therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or preferred space. While our primary hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, occasional adjustments may be necessary to accommodate diverse client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand and address each patient’s unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect the individual’s cultural and personal contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on various mental health concerns, aiming to foster resilience and enhance personal well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing mental health emergencies or acute distress.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery and growth.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation related to client care, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in team meetings, cultural competency training sessions, and case conferences to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring professional development continuously.

• Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in mental health therapy to enhance your practice and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven experience in providing mental health therapy, ideally within a multicultural setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
