Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, using evidence-based methodologies to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities that are customized to each client's unique situation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Working closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and objectives while monitoring their progress, adapting treatments as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, while also reflecting the commitment to excellence in mental health services.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance clinical expertise and stay informed on emerging best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and create a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding, non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and complexities.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and handle the administrative aspects of the role.
