Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients via video-based teletherapy, ensuring a complete understanding of their individual mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations via virtual sessions, gathering essential patient medical histories, mental status examination findings, and other relevant data.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized behavioral health treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices that resonate with clients' unique situations.

• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license in the state of Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, essential for productive client interactions and collaboration with peers.

• Experience in electronic clinical record systems, enabling efficient documentation and patient management.

• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a broader client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
