Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions via telehealth. You will be part of a supportive team of professionals committed to mental health care excellence, with a work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to enrich the community's understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute mental health situations, leveraging your clinical training and skills.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and external community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all sessions and interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

You will serve a diverse range of clients from El Paso and surrounding areas, addressing needs that span various socio-economic backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
