Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and preferences.

• Providing high-quality psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and couples via video therapy sessions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records within our Simple Practice platform.
\n
• Actively engaging in supervision, collaboration, and continuous learning with other mental health professionals to enhance treatment strategies.

• Offering support through secure messaging and follow-ups to ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
