Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to accurately identify client needs and potential interventions.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards of care.

• Serve as a vital liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, ensuring a seamless connection for our clients.

Qualifications\n
