Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and others suitable for client issues.

• Set and establish clear therapeutic goals and utilize progress monitoring to track client advancements over time.

• Offer teletherapy as a standard practice, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain ethical documentation and adhere to state regulations, ensuring all client records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending training and workshops to enhance your skills in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse individuals, addressing their unique needs and helping them navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients.

• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ situations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
