Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ unique experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not strictly required, candidates with previous experience in private practice settings or those who have familiarity with telehealth modalities are strongly preferred. Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based modalities is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
